Seller sends draft contract for completion by the buyer. 4. Seller fully completes and signs on return from the buyer 5. Buyers issues Documentary Letter of Credit 6. SHIPMENT commences 7.Buyers prepares essay report after refinery 8.Buyers pays the seller within 48hours and the transfer of ownership is done.
